Baxter’s Bunch Playhouse is located at 1504 Carolina Place Dr, Suite 101, Fort Mill SC 29708. We are easy to find as we are right off of I-77 at exit 85, across from Baxter Village.

Coming from Rock Hill/Columbia

Take I-77 North.
Take exit 85.
Turn Left and cross back over I-77.
Turn Right at first light onto Carolina Place Drive (at the BP station).
Take your next Right into Pendleton Village complex.
We are on the left end of the building.

Coming from Charlotte/Pineville

Take I-77 South.
Take exit 85.
Turn Right.
Turn Right at first light onto Carolina Place Drive (at the BP station).
Take your next Right into Pendleton Village complex.
We are on the left end of the building.

Coming from Lake Wylie/TegaCay

Follow Hwy 49 to Hwy 160-South (Steele Creek Rd) towards Fort Mill.
Take left onto Carolina Place Drive, just before I-77 (at the BP Station).
Take your next Right into Pendleton Village complex.
